Shipping and handling charges in the continental United States will be a flat rate of $8.95. International shipments are currently unavailable.
**To help keep our shipping costs low, carrier selection is made by Ranch Rebel at the point of shipment depending on the weight of your order and shipping location.
Ranch Rebel is not responsible for any packages once shipped. Route shipping insurance may be purchased at the buyer's expense at the time of checkout.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days for store credit only. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any order cancellations or refund requests.
All sales FINAL on Sales merchandise and on the Vintage Finds tab.
General Return Policy
• The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it is defective. Returns must be smoke & odor free.
• The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase with vendor tags and price tags attached.
• Footwear must be returned in the original box, with stickers attached.
• Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside) unless defective.
• Any uncertainties about the style and fit of your footwear should be resolved before wearing them outside.
• Additional footwear care tips will be provided to you with your order.
• Footwear must be in the original box & placed inside another shipping box. If there is damage to the original shoe box, the return will not be processed.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.
• No returns or exchanges on discontinued items.
If you need to exchange a regular priced item for another size or style, it is best to place a new order. We cannot hold items, so we can't guarantee the size/style you want will still be available when we receive your return. You will be given store credit once we receive your return.
Ranch Rebel keeps track of all store credit. Your store credit never expires. When you are ready to use your store credit, simply send us an email, text or message & we'll assist you!
